A Sincere Message to Our Community:

Thank you for all of your comments and feedback. We are listening intently and understand the depth of hurt, disappointment, and frustration our recent actions have caused. For the disruption and pain, we sincerely apologize.

To Our Former Team Members:
We’ve lost more than invaluable employees; we’ve lost friends and pillars of our community. The widespread frustration and disappointment were never our intentions, and for this, we are deeply sorry.

To Our Patients and Community:
Your trust in us was not solely based on our products, but on a foundation of community and mutual care that was built together over the years with your favorite team members. The pain caused by the closures, especially in communities like Cañon City, has been profound. We understand that apologies alone still fall short.

Transparency and Our Decision:
It’s crucial we clarify that the decision to close certain locations was not made lightly or with the intention of benefiting at the expense of our employees and customers. Faced with unforeseen challenges, we found ourselves in a position where we had to make an impossible choice to ensure the survival of Maggie’s Farm for everyone. This difficult decision was aimed at preserving the entirety of the Maggie’s that you knew and loved, though we recognize every option came with its own set of heavy consequences.

For Our Medical Patients:
We understand the closures have significantly impacted many of you. We are here to assist you in transferring your medical licenses and ensuring continued access to the product you rely on. Please reach out to us directly for support and information on alternative locations here.

For direct support, resources, or to share your thoughts and suggestions on how we can better support our employees at this time, please reach out to us with the contact form below.

Thank you again for your honesty, patience, and for holding us accountable.
We are here and we are listening.

Sincerely,

Bill Conkling
Founder/CEO
